Cancellation Policy

● Cancellation & Reschedule To cancel or reschedule this trip, please do so 48 hours before. Any cancellation less than 48 hours will occur a 50% refund. Any cancellation less than 24 hours will be imposed for no-show, non-refundable ● Cancellation & Refund The trip may change depending on the weather, tide conditions, and unforeseen circumstances. If the trips has to cancel the trip due to bad weather or other urgent reasons by 100% refund for the day trip only. Any other circumstances, the company has the right to cancel the trip and refund the full amount of the day trip only.
